Who we are
OmegAi (a trading name; company registration to follow) is the data controller for this website. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
If you fill in the demo form we collect what you type: your name, dealership, email, phone number if you give it, the size of your business and your note. We also record the time, the page you were on, and basic technical details of the request (such as your IP address) so we can spot abuse.
What we use it for
To reply to you and arrange a demo. That's it. We don't sell it, share it with anyone outside OmegAi, or add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for. Our lawful basis is your request that we contact you (legitimate interest).
Where it's kept and for how long
On our own UK servers. We keep demo enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where we left it, then delete them. Ask us and we'll delete sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've got something wrong.
Dealer data
This notice covers the website only. How we handle a dealer's own data when running agents is covered in the data-processing agreement each pilot dealer signs. The short version is on how it works.
